SIMONE NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned are the duly appointed and qualified trustees of the SIMONE LIVING TRUST dated February 27, 2006. DONALD M. SIMONE, a trustor of that trust, deceased on January 7, 2024, and MARILLA G. SIMONE, also known as MARILLA GAIL SIMONE, a trustor of that trust, deceased on August 19, 2025.
