JUNE & OTIS L. TURNER-2002 TRUST, dated March 29, 2002. OTIS L. TURNER, a trustor of that trust, deceased on May 23, 2007, and L. JUNE TURNER, a trustor of that trust, deceased on July 24, 2017.
