NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE MATTER OF THE TRUST ESTATE OF EDWARD EUGENE WHELCHEL AND DONNA WHELCHEL NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned are the duly appointed and qualified trustees of the WHELCHEL LIVING TRUST, dated March 28, 2002. EDWARD EUGENE WHELCHEL, a trustor of that trust, deceased on November 13, 2024, and DONNA WHELCHEL, a trustor of that trust, deceased on April 2, 2026.
