NOTICE TO CREDITORS (NRS 164.025) Pursuant to Section 164.025 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the undersigned, is the duly appointed Trustee of The Melvin S. Ray Family Trust, currently being administered under The Melvin S. Ray Family Trust Agreement (As Restated) dated August 4, 2017. Melvin S. Ray, the settlor of The Melvin S. Ray Family Trust, died on February 26, 2026. Pursuant to NRS 164.025, any creditor having a claim against Melvin S. Ray, individually, or against The Melvin S. Ray Family Trust, must file his or her claim with the undersigned by sending such claim(s) to the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
