NOTICE TO CREDITORS (NRS 164.025) Pursuant to Section 164.025 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the undersigned, is the duly appointed Trustee of The Louwenaar Living Trust, currently governed by, and administered under, The Fourth Restatement of The Louwenaar Living Trust Agreement dated June 10, 2021. Keith Eugene Louwenaar, a settlor of The Louwenaar Living Trust, died on April 24, 2026. Pursuant to NRS 164.025, any creditor having a claim against Keith Eugene Louwenaar, individually, or against The Louwenaar Living Trust, must file his or her claim with the undersigned by sending such claim(s) to the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
