Litzsinger and The Litzsinger Family Trust) Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of The Litzsinger Family Trust which was created by Gary R. Litzsinger and Nancy K. Litzsinger as settlors by trust agreement dated September 11, 2007. Nancy K. Litzsinger died on May 4, 2026. All creditors having a claim against Nancy K. Litzsigner or the trust estate of The Litzsinger Family Trust by reason of Nancy K.
