Leatham Trust Agreement dated October 18, 2005 NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors of the Decedent that: 1. The original Trustors were Nyle B. Leatham and Leila C. Leatham. Leila C. Leatham died on December 18, 2025. Both Trustors are not deceased. The trust is irrevocable. 2. Robert Jennings Leatham and David Jennings Leatham are the Co-Trustees of the Trust. 3. All persons having claims against the Trust, Decedent or the Decedent's Estate are required to present their claims to the Trustee within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred. 4.
