NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF AND CLAIMANTS AGAINST BEERE AND LUEDTKE, LLC Notice is hereby given that a Statement of Dissolution of Beere and Luedtke, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (the "Company"), heretofore having a principal place of business at 3113 Laura Lane, Middleton, WI 53562, was duly filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions effective as of October 22, 2025, pursuant to the provisions of the Wisconsin Uniform Limited Liability Company Law ("WULLCL"). In accordance with Sec. 183.0705 of the WULLCL, this notice of the Company's dissolution is being published to request that all persons with claims, accounts or demands, whether known or unknown, against the Company or its members, in their capacities as such, present such claims, accounts and demands in writing to the Company by forwarding such written claims, accounts and demands to the following address: Beere and Luedtke, LLC c/o Audrey Cook Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. 833 E.
