NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF AND CLAIMANTS AGAINST HANSEN DEVELOPMENT CORP. Notice is hereby given that Articles of Dissolution of HANSEN DEVELOPMENT CORP., a Wisconsin corporation (the "Corporation"), heretofore having a principal place of business at 3100 Holmgren Way, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54304 were duly filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions on December 30, 2025, pursuant to the provisions of the Wisconsin Business Corporation Law. In accordance with Sec. 180.1407 of the Wisconsin Business Corporation Law, this notice of the Corporation's dissolution is being published to request that all persons with claims, accounts or demands, whether known or unknown, against the Corporation or its directors, officers or shareholders, in their capacities as such, present such claims, accounts and demands in writing to the Corporation by forwarding such written claims, accounts and demands to the following address: Hansen Development Corp. c/o Mark A. Bartels One Law Group, S.C. 2181 South Oneida Street Green Bay, WI 54304 Any claim, account and/or demand submitted to the Corporation pursuant hereto shall contain the following information: (i) the name and address of the claimant; (ii) the amount of the claim; and (iii) a description of the nature of the claim, including all the factual bases of the claim. All claims, accounts and demands against the Corporation or its directors, officers or stockholders are barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim, account or demand is brought within two (2) years after the publication date of this Notice.
