NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF AND CLAIMANTS AGAINST LODESO INC. Notice is hereby given that a Certificate of Dissolution of Lodeso Inc., a Michigan corporation (the "Corporation"), heretofore having a having a registered office address located at 40600 Ann Arbor Road E, Suite 201, Plymouth, MI 48170, were duly filed with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs effective as of May 13, 2026 pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Business Corporation Act. In accordance with Sec. 450.1842a of the Michigan Business Corporation Act, this notice of the Corporation's dissolution is being published to request that all persons with claims, accounts or demands, whether known or unknown, against the Corporation, present such claims, accounts and demands in writing to the Corporation by forwarding such written claims, accounts and demands to the following address: Lodeso Inc. c/o Schneider National, Inc.
