Shaidell, Seller(s), whose business address(es) is: 20433 Lakeshore Dr., Lakehead, CA 96051, that a bulk transfer is about to be made to: Shasta Lake RV Resort & Campground, LLC, Buyer(s), whose business(es) address is: 20433 Lakeshore Dr., Lakehead, CA 96051. The property to be transferred is located at: 20433 Lakeshore Dr., Lakehead, CA 96051. Said property is described in general as: All stock in trade, fixtures, equipment, goodwill and other property of that business known as Shasta Lake RV Resort, and located at: 20433 Lakeshore Dr., Lakehead, CA 96051.
