The property to be transferred is located at: 429 Modoc Ave, Tulelake, CA 96134. Said property is described in general as: All stock in trade, fixtures, equipment, goodwill and other property of that business known as DBA Mike & Wanda's Steakhouse, and located at: 429 Modoc Ave, Tulelake, CA 96134. The bulk sale is intended to be consummated at the office of: CHICAGO TITLE COMPANY, 1030 North Main Street, Suite 103, Alturas, CA 96101.
