St. George Blvd., Ste. 200, St. George, UT 84770, are the Trustees of the Tucker Living Trust, dated September 17, 2013 (the "Trust"). Caroll Joan Tucker, Grantor of the Trust, died on May 23, 2026. Utah Code Ann. § 75B-2-508 and 75-3-801 provide that any creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Estate of Caroll Joan Tucker must file their claim with Shelli Christine Merrion or Brenda K.
