St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, is the Trustee of the Michael William Mace Revocable Living Trust, dated June 19, 2014 (the "Trust"). Michael William Mace, Grantor of the Trust, died on March 29, 2026. Utah Code Ann. § 75B-2-508 which provides that any creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Estate of Michael William Mace must file their claim with Kimbriana Jean Wright, Trustee, or Thomas J.
