NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF Nora Gardner Trust, dated August 16, 2021 John Alvin Gardner, whose address is c/o ProvenLaw, PLLC, 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, is the Trustee of the Nora Gardner Trust, dated August 16, 2021 (the "Trust"). Nora Gardner, Grantor of the Trust, died on September 18, 2025. Utah Code Ann. § 75B-2-508 and 75-3-801, provide that any creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Estate of Nora Gardner must file their claim with John Alvin Gardner, Trustee, or Phillip G. Gubler, attorney for John Alvin Gardner, Trustee, at 216 W.
