NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE Mark McAuliffe Trust, dated July 22, 2024 Gregory Freese McAuliffe, whose address is c/o ProvenLaw, PLLC, 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, is the Trustee of the Mark McAuliffe Trust, dated July 22, 2024 (the "Trust"). Mark Jeffrey McAuliffe, Grantor of the Trust, died on April 27, 2026. Utah Code Ann. § 75B-2-508 and 75-3-801, provide that any creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Estate of Mark Jeffrey McAuliffe must file their claim with Gregory Freese McAuliffe, Trustee, or Lindsay M.
