Kitchen, is the duly appointed successor trustee of The Marjorie Ann Wunderlich Revocable Trust Agreement Dated 05/30/2008, as Amended and Restated on 08/20/2021. Marjorie Ann Wunderlich a/k/a Marjorie Ann Wilmesherr, the settlor of the trust, died on January 14, 2026. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 14-6103, all persons having claims against the trust estate that arose before the settlor's death (including claims of the state or any political subdivision), whether due or to become due, absolute or contingent, liquidated or unliquidated, founded in contract, tort, or other legal basis, must present their claims in writing to the undersigned at the address below within the time prescribed in the notice provided (as described below) or their claims will be barred. NOTICE METHOD: Direct Notice to Known Creditors: Creditors who receive direct written notice by mail or personal delivery have 60 days from the date of mailing/delivery to present their claims. Published Notice (for unknown creditors): Notice will be published in a newspaper of general circulation in MARICOPA County AZ once a week for three successive weeks.
