NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF The Geraldine S. Dines 1996 Living Trust, dated July 10, 1996, as amended and restated on December 17, 2024 Debby Deanna Dines and Michael Lawrence Dines, whose address is c/o ProvenLaw, PLLC, 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, are the Trustees of The Geraldine S. Dines 1996 Living Trust, dated July 10, 1996, as amended and restated on December 17, 2024 (the "Trust"). Geraldine Soltis Dines, Grantor of the Trust, died on January 6, 2026. Utah Code Ann. § 75B-2-508 and 75-3-801, provide that any creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Estate of Geraldine Soltis Dines must file their claim with Debby Deanna Dines and Michael Lawrence Dines, Trustees, or Kaycee R. Link, attorney for Debby Deanna Dines and Michael Lawrence Dines, Trustees, at 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200, St. George, UT 84770 within three months after the date of first publication of this notice or be forever barred from presenting their claim.
