NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF The James Allen and Arlene Coulson Family Trust, dated June 12, 1991 Kent Lee Coulson and Kristin Sue Maycock, whose address is c/o ProvenLaw, PLLC, 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, are the Trustees of the James Allen and Arlene Coulson Family Trust, dated June 12, 1991, and its Amendments thereto, (the "Trust"). James Allen Coulson, Grantor of the Trust, died on September 29, 2025. Utah Code Ann. § 75B-2-508 and 75-3-801, provide that any creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Estate of James Allen Coulson must file their claim with Kent Lee Coulson and Kristin Sue Maycock Trustees, or Thomas J. Bayles, attorney for Kent Lee Coulson and Kristin Sue Maycock, Trustees, at 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200, St. George, UT 84770 within three months after the date of first publication of this notice or be forever barred from presenting their claim.
