St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, is the Trustee of The Kelsey Living Trust, dated May 19, 2021 (the "Trust"). Sara Lee Kelsey also known as Sally Lee Kelsey, Grantor of the Trust, died on June 25, 2025. Utah Code Ann. § 75B-2-508 and 75-3-801, provide that any creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Estate of Sally Lee Kelsey must file their claim with Britton Lee Mace, Trustee, or E. Lawrence Brock, attorney for Britton Lee Mace, Trustee, at 216 W.
