NOTICE TO CREDITORS PURSUANT TO A.R.S., Section 14-6103 In the Matter of: THE KENNETH W. AND HAZEL J. WITZELL LIVING TRUST, DATED: DECEMBER 12, 2002 (i.e., "Trust Estate"), KENNETH W. AND HAZEL J. WITZELL, both Deceased (i.e., "Grantor"). Grantor, Hazel J. Witzell, died on: May 23, 2025. Grantor, Kenneth W. Witzell, died on: June 21, 2025. NOTICE IS GIVEN that the "Trust Estate" and the two (2) Grantors, KENNETH W. AND HAZEL J. WITZELL, all passed away on: June 21, 2025. Suzanne J. Summers and Kenneth W. Witzell, Jr., are the acting sole Successor Co-Trustees of this "Trust Estate." All persons and entities having Claims against this "Trust Estate" (i.e, Claim(s) that arose prior to the Grantors' deaths), are required to present their written Claim(s) within FOUR (4) MONTHS after the date of the first (1st) publication of this NOTICE, as prescribed in A.R.S., Section 14-3801(A); or such Claim(s) will be FOREVER BARRED.
