NOTICE TO CREDITORS PURSUANT TO A.R.S., Section 14-6103 In the Matter of: THE NACELLA A. RAMIREZ LIVING TRUST, DATED: MAY 21, 2007, (i.e., the "Trust Estate"); and: NACELLA A. RAMIREZ (i.e., oringinal sole Grantor and Trustee), Deceased. NOTICE IS GIVEN that the original "Trust Estate" as well as the sole Grantor finally both passed away on: JANUARY 8, 2025. NACELLA A. RAMIREZ died on: JANUARY 8, 2025. This "Trust Estate's" revocability converted to a current IRREVOCABLE Trust. ARVILLA (FRANCES) RODGERS is now the acting sole Successor Trustee of this "Trust Estate." All persons and entities having Claims against this "Trust Estate" (i.e., Claim(s) that arose prior to the Grantors' death0, are required to present their written Claim(s) within FOUR (4) MONTHS after the date of the first (1st) publication of this NOTICE, as prescribed in A.R.S., Section 14-3801(A); or such Claim(s) will be FOREVER BARRED.
