NOTICE TO CREDITORS Decedent's Trust Estate State of Michigan, County of Chippewa In compliance with MCL 700.3801; MCL 700.7504 Trust Estate of Claude Richard Swendsen Date of Birth: August 12, 1932 Trust Estate of Lois Joan Swendsen Date of Birth: August 12, 1932 TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlors of the Claude Richard Swendsen and Lois Joan Swendsen Joint Living Trust Agreement, Claude Richard Swendsen, who lived at 5030 S. Ranger Road, Brimley, Chippewa County, Michigan, died November 22, 2020; and Lois Joan Swendsen, who lived at 5030 S. Ranger Road, Brimley, Chippewa County, Michigan, died on July 27, 2025. There is no personal representative of the settlors' estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedents are notified that all claims against the Claude Richard Swendsen and Lois Joan Swendsen Joint Living Trust Agreement dated December 5, 1994, will be forever banned unless presented to Denice L. Kennedy, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
