NOTICE TO CREDITORS In the Matter of the Trust Agreement of Ned R. Bale and Loretta M. Bale Dated May 20, 1997 TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, Ned R. Bale (date of birth: October 19, 1933), who lived at 101 E. Prairie Ave., White Pigeon, MI 49099, died August 24, 2025. There is no personal representative of the Settlor's estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of Ned R. Bale, deceased, are notified that all claims against Ned R. Bale or the Trust Agreement of Ned R. Bale and Loretta M. Bale dated May 20, 1997, will be forever barred unless presented to Cindy Kay Logan, Trustee, within four (4) months after the date of publication.
