NOTICE TO CREDITORS Having qualified as Co-Executors of the Estate of Nicholas James Peterson, resident and domicile of Buncombe County, North Carolina, whose date of death was March 6, 2024, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the Estate of said deceased to present them to the Co-Executors at the address provided in this Notice on or before the 11th day of March, 2026, which day is three months after the first publication of this Notice, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
