NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF FORREST COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI IN MATTER OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EDDY LEE WHEELER, DECEASED CAUSE NO. 26-PR-26-M NOTICE TO CREDITORS Letters Testamentary were issued on the 19th day of February, A.D., 2026, to the undersigned Executrix in this Cause by the Chancery Court of Forrest County, Mississippi, on the Estate of Eddy Lee Wheeler, deceased; and notice is hereby given requiring all persons having claims against the Estate of the said Eddy Lee Wheeler, deceased, to have the same probated and registered by the Chancery Clerk of Forrest County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the date of first publication of this Notice.
