NOTICE TO CREDITORS Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of ROBERT J. AND ROXANA J. ENNEKING LIVING TRUST dated September 9, 1986, as amended ("ROBERT J. AND ROXANA J. ENNEKING LIVING TRUST"). ROXANA J. ENNEKING, one of the grantors/trustors/settlors ("Grantor") of the ROBERT J. AND ROXANA J. ENNEKING LIVING TRUST, died on November 20, 2025. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice pursuant to NRS §164.025(2)(a). A creditor having a claim against the Grantor must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice pursuant to NRS §164.025(2)(b). A creditor having a claim against the Grantor and against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice pursuant to NRS §164.025(2)(c).
