NOTICE TO CREDITORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Margarete E Stoltz passed away on January 7, 2026. Margarete E Stoltz was the Grantor of the Stoltz Family Trust dated July 25, 1994. Bruce Stoltz is the current Trustee of the Trust. All persons having claims against the Trust Estate that arose prior to the Grantor's death are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the first publication date of this notice or claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to the current Trustee at 11541 E Calle Del Rincon, Tucson, AZ 85749 and must include the claimant's name and address, the basis of the claim, the amount claimed, and documentation proving the claim or describing any security for the claim.
