NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF LAMAR COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI IN MATTER OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF AGNES HAYES BARKSDALE, DECEASED CAUSE NO. 26-PR-30-S NOTICE TO CREDITORS Letters Testamentary were issued on the 6th day of March, A.D., 2026, to the undersigned Executor in this Cause by the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi, on the Estate of Agnes Hayes Barksdale, deceased; and notice is hereby given requiring all persons having claims against the Estate of the said Agnes Hayes Barksdale, deceased, to have the same probated and registered by the Chancery Clerk of Lamar County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the date of first publication of this Notice.
