NOTICE TO CREDITORS In the Matter of the RASMUSSEN FAMILY TRUST, dated NOVEMBER 23, 1992, of ELAINE C. RASMUSSEN, Deceased. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned counsel represents STEVEN KURT RASMUSSEN and SCOTT ALAN RASMUSSEN as the currently acting Co-Trustees of THE FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED RASMUSSEN FAMILY TRUST u/a/d NOVEMBER 23, 1992, also known as the RASMUSSEN FAMILY TRUST, dated NOVEMBER 23, 1992. That BERNARD B. RASMUSSEN and ELAINE C. RASMUSSEN were the Grantors and original Trustees of said Trust. That BERNARD B. RASMUSSEN died on January 11, 2019. That ELAINE C. RASMUSSEN, also known as ELAINE CLAIRE RASMUSSEN, died on February 16, 2026. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of BERNARD B. RASMUSSEN or ELAINE C.
