NOTICE TO CREDITORS Having qualified as Executor of the Estate of Joanna Todd, resident and domicile of Buncombe County, North Carolina, whose date of death was January 25, 2026, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the Estate of said deceased to present them to the Executor at the address provided in this Notice on or before the 19th day of June, 2026, which day is three months after the first publication of this Notice, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
