NOTICE TO CREDITORS In the Matter of the Estate of JUDITH M. CREIGHTON, Deceased; and The Creighton Family Trust U/A/D 1/4/2000 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Robert Creighton, whose address is 8523 Flanagan Ct., Huntersville, NC 28078 is the successor Trustee of The Creighton Family Trust dated January 4, 2000, which was created by Judith M. Creighton during her lifetime and which eliminates the need for a probate of her Estate upon her death. All persons having claims against the decedent Judith M. Creighton, and/or this Estate or Trust, are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice to Creditors, if notice is given as provided in A.R.S. Section 14-3801(A), or within sixty (60) days after mailing or other delivery of this notice, whichever is later, or such claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim in the manner and in the form required by law to the Trustee, Robert D. Creighton, at his address set forth above, with a copy to the Trustee's attorney, Mark A. Wilson of the Wilson Law Firm, 2133 E. Warner Road, Suite 104, Tempe, Arizona 85284. Such claims must be filed within the time period prescribed in Arizona Revised Statutes Section 14-3803, Subsection A, and/or any and all such other applicable laws, and in the manner prescribed by law, or such claims are forever barred.
