NOTICE TO CREDITORS In the matter of the Trust Estate of Richard C. Loznak (a/k/a Richard Charles Loznak or Richard Loznak) as Grantor of The Second Restated of the Revocable Living Trust Agreement of Richard C. Loznak dated October 9, 1998 as Amended and Restated (The Trust). DOB: July 6, 1944 NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS The Decedent / Grantor, Richard C. Loznak, died March 3, 2026. Creditors of the Decedent and / or Trust are notified that all claims against the Estate and Trust will be forever barred unless presented to Lozen Davidson & Kovar, P.C, Co-Successor Trustee and Attorneys for the Trust at the address listed below within 4 months after the date of publication of this notice. It is anticipated that no Probate Estate will be necessary and no Personal Representative of Decedent's Estate will be appointed to whom Letters of Authority will be issued. Notice is further given that the assets of the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to them.
