NOTICE TO CREDITORS Ann Makarewicz, whose date of birth was December 20, 1928, and whose address was 4015 Camp Ten Road, Elmira, Michigan 49730, died on January 26, 2026. There is no personal representative to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Ann Makarewicz established the Ann Makarewicz Trust dated February 22, 1991 (the Trust). Samuel Makarewicz, whose address is 3956 Camp Ten Road, Elmira, Michigan 49730, is the trustee of the Trust (the Trustee). The attorney for the Trustee is Jeffrey R. Wonacott, whose address is Parker Harvey PLC, 901 S. Garfield Avenue, Suite 200, Traverse City, Michigan 49686. All claims against Ann Makarewicz or the Trust should be submitted to the Trustee, c/o Jeffrey R. Wonacott, Parker Harvey PLC, 901 S. Garfield Avenue, Suite 200, Traverse City, Michigan 49686.
