HOGAN, II, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE NOTICE TO CREDITORS Jimmy D. Jones, Grantor of the Jimmy D. Jones and Elaine C. Jones Living Trust, dated August 27, 1998, passed from this life on August 9, 2019. Elaine C. Jones, Grantor of the Jimmy D. Jones and Elaine C. Jones Living Trust, dated August 27, 1998, passed from this life on February 9, 2026, and the said trust was revocable by Elaine C. Jones during her lifetime. Pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. §91-8-504(6)(C), the Successor Trustee gives this notice of an opportunity to file a claim against the deceased Grantor's Trust Estate.
