NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION IN RE: ESTATE OF WAYNE SUMMERLIN, Deceased. 05 2026 CP 016058 XXCPBC The administration of the estate of Wayne Summerlin, deceased, File No. 05 2026 CP 016058 XXCPBC whose date of death was December 4, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Brevard County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 2825 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Melbourne, FL 32940. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
