NOTICE TO CREDITORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Susan Rae DeVaty is the successor Trustee of the Manuel Eugenia Simpson Living Trust dated June 1, 2010. Manuel Eugenia Simpson, the Trustor of that trust, died on December 19, 2025. Any creditor having a claim against the trust estate or against the Trustor, must file his or her claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
