NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR MARTIN COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION CASE NUMBER: 26000302CPAXMX IN RE: ESTATE OF MICHAEL A. BERNATH Deceased. The undersigned, being the Personal Representative of the estate of Michael A. Bernath ("Decedent"), hereby provides this Notice to Creditors of the Decedent. The Decedent's estate is being administered by the Personal Representative under authorities granted by the Probate Division of the Circuit Court for Martin County, the address of which is: 100 SE Ocean Boulevard Stuart, FL 34994. All creditors of the Decedent, and other persons having claims or demands against the Decedent's estate, on whom a copy of this Notice is required to be served, must file their claims with the Court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE ON THEM OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE.
