NOTICE TO CREDITORS Having qualified as Executor of the Estate of Abajiah Buckleu Wexler, Jr. a/k/a A. B. Wexler, domicile of Buncombe County, North Carolina, whose date of death was April 19, 2026, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the Estate of said deceased to present them to the Executor at the address provided in this Notice on or before the 25th day of September, 2026, which day is three months after the first publication of this Notice, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
