NOTICE TO CREDITORS SETTLOR'S ESTATE The Settlor, Margaret Ann Etienne, (date of birth July 04, 1938), who lived at 8618 Carlsbad Ln, Lansing, MI 48917, died July 29, 2025. There is no Personal Representative of the settlor's estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedant are notified that all claims against the decedant's trust, the Margaret Ann Etienne Revocable Living Trust dated August 10, 1987, will be forever barred unless presented to David L. Etienne, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereinafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
