NOTICE TO CREDITORS SETTLOR'S TRUST The Settlor, Lois Lavonne Thompson (date of birth March 31, 1949), who lived at 110 N Morton St, St. Johns, MI 48879, died August 27, 2025. There is no personal representative of the settlor's estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the decedent's trust, the Lois L. Thompson Trust dated July 20, 2017, will be forever barred unless presented to Louis K. Nigg, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
