NOTICE TO CREDITORS SETTLOR'S TRUST The Settlor, Larry D. Avery (date of birth November 20, 1951), who lived at 2220 Cheltingham Blvd, Lansing, MI 48917, died August 22, 2025. There is no Personal Representative of the settlor's estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the decedent's trust, the Larry D. Avery Trust dated May 28,2021, will be forever barred unless presented to Marva Walker, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereinafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
