The original Grantor was Richard L. Korsmo. Richard L. Korsmo died on January 20, 2026. The trust is irrevocable. 2. James R. Korsmo is the Trustee of the Trust. 3. All persons having claims against the Trust, Decedent or the Decedent's Estate are required to present their claims to the Trustee within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred. 4.
