The original Grantor was Tyra J. Willis. Tyra J. Willis died on February 3, 2026. The trust is irrevocable. 2. Annalisa Joy Lake is the Trustee of the Trust. 3. All persons having claims against the Trust, Decedent or the Decedent's Estate are required to present their claims to the Trustee within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred. 4.
