NOTICE TO DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES NOTICE TO DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES Advanced Plumbing & Mechanical, LLC, 1340 S Main St, Monmouth IL, 309-734-7473, is seeking qualified, disadvantaged businesses (DBE) for the City of Monmouth IL Lead Service Line Replacement, Phase 2, (Bid date February 11, 2026) for subcontracting opportunities in the following work areas: Pipe and Fittings, Aggregate Materials delivered, Seeding, Sawcutting, Traffic Control and Protection, PCC & HMA Pavement replacement (Patching). Successful subcontractors will be selected based upon the lowest responsible bid and the Subcontracting entities documented and demonstrated ability to perform such functions for which it has submitted proposals.
