NOTICE TO DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES MB Construction, L.L.C., 22614 State Hwy 16, Monticello, MO 63457, (573-767-1255) is seeking disadvantaged businesses for the City of Fulton – Contract No. 1 – 4th Street Reconstruction and Water Main Improvements project for subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: Concrete Curb and Gutter Replacement, and Seeding Class 1 With Pulverized Topsoil 4".
