NOTICE TO INTERESTED PERSONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DIANA M. BARNARD and JULIE LEE PUCKETT have been appointed and qualified as the co-personal representatives of the Estate of PHILLIP LEROY BARNARD, deceased, Lane County Circuit Court Case No. 216PB01755.
