All persons holding or claiming liens upon the real property commonly known as 519 J Street, Sparks, Nevada, and more particularly described as:
Lot 11 in Block 13 of Addition No. 2, to Green Brae Terrace Subdivision, according to the map thereof, filed in the office of the County Recorder of Washoe County, State of Nevada, on December 15, 1950, as Tract Map 463.

are hereby notified to file with the Clerk of the Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada in and for the County of Washoe, and serve on the above-named Plaintiff and Defendants, a written statement of the facts constituting their liens, together with the dates and amounts thereof; said statements must be filed within ten (10) days of the last publication of this notice.
