PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: An application for development has been submitted which requires notification of property owners as per Municipal Land Use Law. The application has been submitted by Mesivta Kesser Yisroel of Willowbrook d/b/a Yeshiva Zichron Patliel, for property located at 23-27 Liberty Street, Passaic, NJ, Lot 1 and 26, Block 3272.01, in Zone M-2, on the Tax Map of the City of Passaic.

A copy of the plans and associated maps is available for public review online in the City of Passaic Website, Planning & Redevelopment Page, (Board of Adjustment or Zoning Board) or Office of the Passaic Board of Adjustment, located within City Hall, at 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, NJ, by calling and scheduling inspection with the Passaic Board of Adjustment Secretary at (973) 859-1344.
The purpose of the application by the owner is to obtain approval/relief from the City of Passaic Zoning Board of Adjustment as per the Passaic Zoning Ordinance for the following in a M-2 zoning district by seeking to establish a private school. Variance being requested includes:

2. Front yard setback, whereas 20 feet is required, and 0 feet is being proposed;
3. Side yard setback, whereas 20 fee is required, and 0 feet is being proposed; and
4. Maximum lot coverage where 35% is required, and 51.2% is being proposed; and
5. Granting any and all other relief, waivers, variances and approvals that may be required or that may be raised by the Board during the hearing proceeding.
