NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
The Byram Hills Central School District is soliciting Proposals from qualified individuals and Accounting Firms to provide the following:
RFP Number: 25/26 – 04, Proposal for Internal Audit Services
Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "RFP # 25/26 – 04, Internal Audit Services, with Due Date and Time as well as Proposer's Name and Address" on the outside. Proposals will be received until 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 25, 2025 by Mr. Kelly Seibert, Assistant Superintendent for Business & Management Services (or his duly designated representative), Byram Hills Central School District, Business Office, 10 Tripp Lane, Armonk, NY 10504.
Specifications and RFP Documents may be obtained from the Assistant Superintendent of Business & Management Services, Mr. Kelly Seibert, by sending an email to kseibert@byramhills.org on or after November 7, 2025 at 9:00 AM.
An original and two (2) copies of the Proposal must be submitted to the District Office, at the above address, no later than 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.  Proposals will be opened at that time. Proposals received after that time will be returned to the Proposer unopened.  
Proposals shall be irrevocable for a minimum period of forty-five (45) days from the date of the Proposal opening. The Byram Hills Central School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or any parts of Proposals that it considers not to be in the best interest of the District.
